- We operate as an online retailer using third-party suppliers (dropshipping model).

- Product descriptions, images, and availability are provided by suppliers. We are not liable for

minor discrepancies in color, size, or appearance.

4. Orders & Payments

- All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

- Prices include VAT where applicable.

- Payments must be made in full before dispatch.

5. Shipping & Delivery

- Delivery times are estimated (7–14 business days) and may vary due to customs or courier

delays.

- Tracking numbers will be provided once orders are shipped.

- We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers or customs authorities.

6. Returns & Refunds

- Customers have the right to withdraw within 14 days under EU law, unless products are exempt

(e.g., perishable goods, health & hygiene items, custom orders).

- Customers must contact us at support@aurelixdigital.com before returning items.

- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is faulty.

- Refunds will be processed once the returned goods are received and inspected.

7. Customer Responsibilities

- Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.

- We are not liable for lost or delayed deliveries caused by incorrect addresses.

8. Liability Limitation

- To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aurelix Digital shall not be liable for indirect, incidental,

or consequential damages.

- Our liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid for the order.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Cyprus and the European Union. Any disputes shall be

resolved in the courts of Cyprus.
