Return & Refund Policy – Aurelix Digital
At Aurelix Digital, we want our customers to shop with confidence. Because we operate as a dropshipping store with third-party suppliers, our return and refund process follows strict conditions to protect both sides.
Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)
If you are located in the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your items.
To exercise this right, you must notify us in writing at aurelixdigital.info@gmail.com within the 14-day period.
Return Conditions
To qualify for a return and refund:
- Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
- A valid proof of purchase (order confirmation) is required.
- Customers must provide a tracking number when sending back items.
- Refunds will only be processed after inspection and approval of the returned goods.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item was defective or incorrect.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene, safety, and supplier restrictions, we cannot accept returns for the following categories:
- Perishable or time-sensitive products
- Personal care, hygiene, or intimate items (cosmetics, health, underwear, swimwear)
- Digital products, e-books, downloadable content, or software once accessed or downloaded
- Items marked as Final Sale
Important Notes
- Delivery delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or suppliers are outside our control and are not valid grounds for a refund.
- If a supplier does not accept returns, we will still support you and aim to resolve the issue on a case-by-case basis.
- Refunds are always issued to the original payment method only.
